BEWARE - Toyland Harrogate Store policy is to provide NO refunds even if you have a valid receipt and the item has all tags still in place. Whilst it is the right of the store not to provide a cash refund this is such an awful customer service policy. If you have a child that purchases a £200 doll house and then seconds later decides to change their mind - tough. At best you will be offered a credit note or an alternative product. What if they dont have the product you want in store - tough. I will never be using this store again as a result. Purchase with caution and be very sure that what you are buying is what you want. Awful customer service policy.
