- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I am the delivery driver for this pharmacy. The vast majority of our customers who use our service are more than satisfied with it. It is unfortunately the case that there are sometimes problems and we always try to identify the source in order to rectify. It has often been the case that it the surgery at fault and it is my opinion that the doctors are too often regarded as being incapable of making errors with prescriptions so the pharmacy must be at fault. This is completely untrue as at the end of the day doctors are human and therefore just as likely to make mistakes. The "super" surgeries do not have adequate communication with the receptionists and this can lead to errors being made. Every pharmacy has its share of moaners who are never satisfied unless they think they have something to whinge about. The number of people who provide us with a contact phone number is virtually non-existent in which case the dispensing staff cannot be expected to provide updates. We can only provide a first rate service if we are given correct and current information and regrettably we do not always have this. If you want your medication delivered by us please keep us posted.
