- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆We went to this shop, my wife and our son who is disabled. He wanted to by a concertina while we were on holiday.
The girl behind the counter was not too keen on us just being there to browse and treated us as if we were about to steal a grand piano.
The assistant did ask what we were looking for and my wife replied, A concertina. We dont sell those, was her answer. We had been told.
I was under the impression that staff were there to assist their prospective customers with happy faces and cheery dispositions. Anyway, we said we wanted to just browse a bit. Oooh,what a frosty member of staff this lady was.
We struggled down the stairs to the lower floor. Nothing of interest to my son here, So we decided to head back upstairs to leave.
Just then, I hear a voice ask us if we needed any help, this was just a voice mind, no body just a voice and not an actual person did I see.
I was not even worthy of a glimpse of lower floor staff here. Back upstairs we were invited to the upper floor (guitars are up there) by the girl on the ground floor sales.
My son was disapointed, so we headed out and away from the shop. This is a no star review. The 1 star is just to be able to fire off the review.
