- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I am disgusted with your service as a customer to M&S. I purchased items to to cost of £76.50 on 7/4/2017 had to have it authorised by you. The payment to M&S went through on 10/4/2017 but you are still in my pending statement and the M&S store say they cannot do anything about it and the bank say that they cannot do anything about it. You are holding back my money (pending) in the bank which reduces my available funds and could put me into over draft. Who will pay the fees. I was told that as soon as the payment had been paid to M&S, you should have removed the pending transaction. How many more people have been put into this situation. I will be complaining to M&S also and to the banks that this is bad business and I shall not complete a transaction again if ever authorisation is required.
